Warranty Information
Bathtubs
60 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY ON ACRYLIC BATHTUBS
Dolphin Home Decor warrants that the product is in conformity with its specifications and at the moment of the sale, is free from vices and/or manufacturing defects. Broken parts will be replaced free of charge for a period of 60 months following the purchase date.
This warranty excludes any expenses related to transportation, installation and/or uninstallation and freight or handling charges.
The present warranty does not cover defects, damages resulting from an Act of God, accident, catastrophe, abuse, negligence, improper installation, addition or removal of parts or equipment, misuse, intensive temperature variation, exposures to chemicals and/or abrasives of any kind, or stains caused by different types of water such as hard, ferrous or alkaline water.
Dolphin Home Decor cannot be held responsible for the direct, indirect damage caused or resulting from accidental occurrences and the related expenses, including sundries, cost of labor, material or any other cost related to the installation or the replacement of the product or of any of its components.
The warranty will be void if the product is installed despite any conspicuous defects that could have been found during the preliminary inspection.
Dolphin Home Decor recommends the use of wet cloth and soft soap for the maintenance of surfaces. The use of gritting, scraper, brushes or any other object which can damage the surface of the product is forbidden and will cancel the present warranty.
Faucets
12 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY ON FAUCETS
Dolphin Home Decor warrants the faucets products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Dolphin Home Decor warrants to the original purchaser that this faucet will be leak and drip free during normal domestic use. If this faucet should ever develop a leak or drip, Dolphin Home Decor faucets will free of charge provide the parts necessary to put the faucet back in good working condition. Dolphin Home Decor warrants to the original purchaser, that the spray will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. A replacement for any defective part will be supplied free of charge for installation by the purchaser. Defects or damage caused by use of other than authorized parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall be effective from date of purchase as shown on purchaser’s receipt.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the product, product misuse, product damage due to installation error, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself.
